We are looking for you:
- If you have proven 4-6 years of experience in Workday implementation,
- If you have Workday certified in several Workday modules: Workday Core HCM- must have,
- And at least 2 of the following: Time & Absence; Recruitment; Compensation & Benefits; Talent.
- If you have strong functional understanding of HR operations, processes and data definitions,
- If you have experience in Functional Consultant at least 1 full end-to-end Workday implementation in a multinational, complex environment,
- If you have ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously,
- If you have Business Analytical skills – ability to actively listen to understand the problem and translate this into clearly articulated solutions which the business can understand,
- If you have organized and disciplined way of working with a consistent track record of meeting deadlines.
Youll get extra points for:
- Management Consulting experience,
- University Degree,
- Workday certified in several Workday modules: Workday Core HCM, essential.
- Proven ability to think outside the box and find simple solutions to complex business problems,
- Business mindset - business needs at the centre of all activities,

Scope of duties
20%- Keep abreast of Workday functional developments and roadmaps in order to drive continuous improvement initiatives and support business strategies and operational needs,
20%- Provide deep subject matter expertise in designated functional area of Workday in order to solve problems.
20%-Collaborate with the Product Owner and the IT Workday team.
20%- Work with countries to design their Workday solution based on the already designed Global Footprint, in partnerships with our Workday deployment partner,
20%- Analyse global and local HR process requirements and translate these into Workday configuration designs.
