We are looking for you:
- If you have 3+ years proven experience in managing client-facing international projects, preferably with IT scope,
- If you have collaborative approach, comfortable in dealing with all types of external and internal stakeholders,
- If you have demonstrated leadership with a focus on getting things done,
- If you have fast adapting personality with a strong sense of taking responsibility, initiatives and working independently,
- If you have strong analytical skills, excellent in planning and paying attention to details,
- If you have excellent communication skills with ability to manage expectations,
- If you are able to work under pressure to strict deadlines and to cope with a rapidly changing environment,
- If you speak fluent English,
- If you are proficient with MS Office, especially Power Point and Excel.
Youll get extra points for:
- Experience of project management/Agile delivery tools and methods,
- Experience and understanding of IT Security topics,
- Ability to influence, persuade and negotiate.
- Knowledge of meetings facilitation techniques.

Our squad provides end-to-end project management in IT security area. We follow Agile approach and mindset cooperating within whole ING Group.
