Junior Compliance Controller oversees handling day-to-day operations related to the compliance with Group’s Finance and Legal Policies and Procedures. This challenging position requires good oversight, a range of organizational skills and knowledge of procedures and internal regulations. You will have an integral role in keeping our international operations running smoothly.
- Processing business requests related to compliance with the internal rules of procedure (with emphasize placed upon agreements), key operating principles, and rules governing transactions/decisions,
- Maintaining files and dockets, organizing and tracking case files,
- Preparation of various reports,
- Implementation and improvement upon administrative processes for more efficient workflow,
- Assistance in implementation and/or improvements of tools/systems to support and automate controlling activities and reporting.
- Promoting effective work practices, working as a team member within demanding and international environment,
- Offering alternative solutions when a request cannot be fulfilled or can be fulfilled more efficiently,
- Utilizing appropriate technology to complete various responsibilities and high volume of documents,
- Assisting with ad-hoc projects when necessary.
