Zadania:
- Profesjonalna obsługa klienta (telefon, chat, email).
- Dokumentowanie interakcji z klientami w systemie CRM.
- Współpraca w celu poprawy jakości obsługi klienta.
- Aktualizowanie wiedzy o produktach, usługach i procedurach.
- Podejście pełne ciepła i entuzjazmu w kontakcie z klientami.
- Wykorzystanie wiedzy o produktach motoryzacyjnych i cyfrowych do rozwiązywania problemów.
Wymagania:
- Minimum rok doświadczenia w call center lub obsłudze klienta, preferowane w branży motoryzacyjnej.
- Zaawansowana znajomość języka duńskiego (min. C1) i średniozaawansowana angielskiego (B2).
- Spokój i takt w kontakcie z klientami.
- Uwaga na detale i umiejętności organizacyjne.
- Zdolności do rozwiązywania problemów i kreatywne myślenie.
- Otwartość na naukę i adaptację nowych technologii i procesów.
- Mile widziane doświadczenie z luksusowymi markami i systemami CRM.
