What duties will help you grow?
Schedule and lead weekend checkpoint meetings with customer and Capgemini engineers and keep weekend ingest documentation up-to-date
Provide guidance to technical teams in regards to high priority incident management handling that arise during weekend ingest jobs
In case of issues, notify and discuss about priorities with Customers Manager on Duty
Cooperate with other teams including external suppliers
During the weekdays participate in development of Service Management Processes (e.g. Release, Capacity and Patch Management)
