- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, representing Volkswagen
- Group with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Maintain clear and accurate documentation of customer interactions, resolutions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Staying updated on Volkswagen Group’s latest offerings, policies, and services to provide customers with accurate and timely information.
- Exhibit warmth and enthusiasm in every customer interaction
- Utilize your knowledge of automotive and digital products to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
- 1+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong communication skills, with a minimum C1 level in German.
- Very good knowledge of English language, minimum B2 level for internal communication, documentation & training.
- Excited about the opportunity to contribute to Volkswagens continued success and growth in the automotive sector.
- The ability to stay composed, tactful, and solution-focused when interacting with customers.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
