What do you need to start?
very good verbal and written French language;
presenting La Niaque! attitude;
ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines;
good command of MS Office suite;
good management and communication skills,
basic ITIL knowledge and Incident Management process knowledge.
What duties will help you grow?
managing and follow-up of incidents according to agreed service levels;
opening and coordination of MIRTs in order to accelerate the resolution process for incidents presenting the risk of breaching agreed time targets;
opening and coordination of MIRTs for Major Incidents as well as coordinating actions and their resolution process;
providing support to technical managers.
